Visit popular destinations in Croatia

ABTA has collaborated with Croatian National Tourist Office to advocate delegates attending Travel Convention this year to explore beyond Dubrovnik. Recently, the tourism office reported twenty five percent in visitors from 2013’s January to July, compared to the same time previous year.

With Travel Convention 2013 taking place in Dubrovnik, the tourism office and ABTA are now recommending the six hundred Convention delegates to dig into other areas of the country while they stay in Croatia.

Chief executive of ABTA Mark Tanzer told that Croatia is a magnificent country and after 3 days in Dubrovnik at Travel Convention several delegates would want to see what else the nation has to offer. He added that he was sure that if they do have the scope to travel after the convention, delegates would find a nation rich in natural beauty and culture and this is a country they would almost certainly to revisit.

The Korcula and Hvar islands can be easily reached from Dubrovnik. It has very good ferry connections linking the places. Outdoor enthusiasts can go to Plitvice Lakes National Park where sixteen lakes are connected by a series of waterfalls.
